Michelle Molloy, LEED AP, CAPS, ASID is the founder of Seattle based Penates Design, designing kitchens and baths for over 12 years. She was a Pro Bono Designer for the award winning 2010 AARP Remodel national demonstration of Universal Design for aging-in-place, upholding Michelle’s specialty for low-vision design features. She has been a contributing designer to a variety of residential award winning projects including the 2010 Dream Home Awards™ Community Service Project of the Year and multiple Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties Rex Awards (2010 Kitchen, 2007 Universal Design, Gourmet Kitchen, and 2006 Bathroom). She had the privilege of being recorded on Story Corps™ for the AARP Create the Good™ series. Michelle Molloy is LEED AP, CAPS, ASID and has a bachelor science degree in Interior Design. She also has 9 years experience in corporate visual merchandising, and 3 years experience in facility planning.

Located in beautiful downtown Edmonds, ArtWorks is a gathering place for the Art community for workshops, seminars, classes, and meetings. Formerly the site of the Edmonds Public Works, the building has been remodeled and offers an opportunity for enriching and promoting the arts and arts education. Parking is available in front of the building and on the street. The facility is fully accessible to persons with disabilities.
